Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Respiratory Therapy - Registered Respiratory Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform respiratory therapy procedures and protocols throughout the facility, including NICU, ICU, and ER.
• Operate and maintain respiratory therapy equipment such as Airvo, PB 840 Vent, and PB 980 Vent.
• Provide care for a diverse patient population from neonatal to geriatric.
• Work rotating shifts with every third weekend and holiday commitments.
• Participate in department-specific orientation and ongoing education.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians and other healthcare staff, demonstrating independent clinical judgment.

Qualifications

• Current ND state license as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT).
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required.
• Demonstrated experience in NICU respiratory therapy.
• Proven ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Familiarity with EPIC charting system preferred.
