Job Description:

Position: Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT)

Location: Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts 02130

Setting: Public Health / Teaching Hospital

Duration: 13 weeks

Schedule:

• 36 hours per week guaranteed
• 7:00pm-7:30am
• Rotating days each week

• Every other weekend required

  Every other holiday required

• No block scheduling

Travel Pay Package:

• $2,584 per week total. Includes base pay, housing, meals and incidentals

   

Overview:

• Provide respiratory therapy services across multiple patient care areas
• Cover corrections, ventilator, and med-surg units throughout the facility
• Perform respiratory assessments and administer prescribed treatments
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Requirements:

• CRT or RRT credential required
• Current Massachusetts Respiratory Therapy license required
• BLS certification required by start date
• Flexibility to work varying days each week required
• Sleep study experience preferred but not required
• Pulmonary Function Test (PFT) experience preferred but not required

• Correctional healthcare experience preferred but not required
