Description

American Traveler is seeking a NICU Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with 2+ years of experience for a travel position on a 7:00AM-7:00PM shift schedule.

Details

• Work in the Respiratory Therapy department within the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
• Shift schedule runs 7:00AM to 7:00PM
• Hospital setting caring for neonatal patients

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience in Respiratory Therapy
• Active RRT license required if applicable
• Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC
• Current ACLS certification
• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification, Advanced 9th Edition, required for staff caring for neonates
• No certifications may expire within the first 30 days of assignment start
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Provide respiratory therapy care to neonatal patients in the NICU
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration (Canadian SSN not accepted)
• One professional reference required for consideration (Florida requires two references)
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates will not be considered
