Description
American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with 2+ years of Pulmonary Function Testing experience for an outpatient, Monday–Friday day shift position in Boston, MA.
Details
- Outpatient respiratory therapy setting
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM schedule
- 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts
- No weekends and no major holidays
- Performs Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT) as a core responsibility
- Procedures include arterial blood gas collection, bronchodilator administration, pulmonary diagnostics, and equipment calibration
- Epic EMR experience preferred; Vyntus PFT and SentrySuite experience also preferred
- Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are subject to a local pay rate
Requirements
- RRT credential required
- Active MA Respiratory Care License required at time of consideration
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of experience performing Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT)
- Valid, non-expired driver's license required
- Two professional references required: at least one must be manager-level or above and include a performance evaluation; one must be within the last 12 months and the other within the last 3 years
- License required if applicable
Additional Information
- Responsibilities include accurate documentation and same-day charge capture
- Prior travel assignment reference preferred for at least one of the required references
- References cannot be provided by another traveler
