**Exciting Opportunity for RRT with NICU Experience!** Job Description: - Join our dynamic Respiratory Therapy team in Fort Worth, TX! - **Shift Details:** - 7 PM - 7 AM - Every other weekend commitment required - Guaranteed 36 hours per week - **Length of Assignment:** 13 weeks - **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide exceptional respiratory care in a fast-paced environment - Assist with intubation and perform ABGs - Administer nebulizer treatments, Metaneb, IPPB, and CPT - Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure optimal patient outcomes - **Qualifications:** - **Must Have:** - 2+ years of hospital experience - ICU experience - NICU and ED experience - Ability to draw ABGs - BLS certification - **Preferred Skills:** - Experience with Servo I ventilators - Familiarity with I-Stat - **Patient Interaction:** - Excellent customer service skills - Experience with patients across all age ranges - **Dress Code:** - RRT: Black scrubs (purchase required) - Clean and healthy nails, no artificial or gel nails - Hair must be neat and clean; extreme styles or colors not permitted - Beards and mustaches should be neatly trimmed - Tattoos should be covered when possible - Visible piercings other than ears are prohibited - **Unit Guidelines/Policies:** - Attendance policies will be strictly followed - Floating guidelines will be in effect as needed Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
