Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Respiratory Therapy - Registered Respiratory Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive respiratory therapy services across all units, including ER/CCU and NICU.
  • Set up and manage ventilators for patients ranging from neonates to adults.
  • Perform nebulizer treatments and manage high-flow oxygen therapy in NICU.
  • Conduct EKG procedures to monitor and assess patient cardiac function.
  • Administer advanced therapies including nitric oxide, Flolan therapy, Bipap, and bubble CPAP.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital protocols while wearing designated hospital scrubs.

Qualifications

  • Current CRT/RRT certification with relevant respiratory therapy experience.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in ER/CCU and NICU settings with level 2 care.
  • Capability to float across multiple units as needed.
