Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver expert respiratory care to patients from neonates to geriatrics across NICU, ICU, and all facility areas
- Operate advanced equipment like PB 840/980 Vents, Hamilton ventilators, and V-60 Respironics with confidence
- Collaborate closely with physicians and teams, making independent clinical judgments that save lives
- Provide critical support in Level II trauma, surgical, medical, and cardiac settings
- Thrive in a respectful environment where your expertise shines
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience, with must-have NICU background
- Active ND state license
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, RRT or CRT
Education
- RRT or CRT credential required
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency with vents like Airvo, PB 840/980, Hamilton C1/MR1, V-60
- Strong ability to work independently and exercise clinical judgment
- EPIC charting expertise
- Team player who collaborates seamlessly with physicians and staff
