Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Days

Schedule / Job Type
Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Days | 12-Hour Shifts (0530–1800) | 36 Hours per Week
Key Responsibilities
Provide, coordinate, and direct individualized comprehensive respiratory care to all patients based upon assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
Function with a minimum of supervision once oriented, practicing within the full scope of a Registered Respiratory Care Practitioner
Deliver respiratory care services across patient populations, including obstetric patients
Perform procedures requiring auditory and visual acuity, including accurate blood pressure monitoring and patient charting
Execute physical tasks including lifting, pulling, and pushing patients and equipment in accordance with departmental requirements
Required Qualifications
Current Washington State license as a Respiratory Care Practitioner
Current BLS certification
Current ACLS certification
Current PALS certification
Current NRP certification
Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 50 lbs and pushing a loaded stretcher
Preferred Experience / Skills
Strong obstetric (OB) experience highly preferred
Minimum of one year of current acute care experience preferred; new graduates will be considered
