Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Night Shift

Schedule / Job TypeContract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Nights (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite
Key Responsibilities- Provide respiratory therapy services across adult, NICU, and pediatric service lines within a large acute care hospital setting
- Operate and manage a variety of respiratory equipment including adult ventilators, infant/pediatric ventilators, transport ventilators, non-invasive devices, and high-flow oxygen devices
- Document patient care and clinical data accurately using an electronic medical records system (Cerner)
- Float to all critical care units and general floor areas as needed based on patient census and staffing requirements
- Adhere to weekend scheduling requirements, including a minimum of four weekend shifts per six-week schedule
Required Qualifications- Active North Carolina Respiratory Therapy License
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of respiratory therapy experience
Preferred Experience / Skills- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- Experience working in a high-acuity or Level II trauma center environment
- Familiarity with GE R860, Draeger, Newport HT70, V60, Vapotherm, and Comfort Flow equipment
