Contract | 12-Hour Night Shifts | Every Other Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services across ICU, ED, and general pediatric care areas
• Deliver critical care respiratory support in PICU, NICU, and Emergency Department settings
• Float between units as needed to meet patient care demands
• Document patient care and treatment using Epic EMR
• Adhere to all facility compliance requirements including nicotine-free and vaccination policies

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapy experience
• Pediatric experience required
• Extensive critical care experience in PICU, NICU, and ED required
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Active Georgia Respiratory Therapy license required at time of submission
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Flu vaccination for the 2025–2026 flu season required; no exemptions accepted (including medical or religious)
• Must pass nicotine screening in addition to standard drug screen
• Must be open to floating between units

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Level I Trauma center experience highly preferred
• Familiarity with Epic EMR
