Schedule / Job TypeContract | Rotating Day/Night Shifts | 12-Hour Shifts (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM / 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) | 36 Hours Per Week
Key Responsibilities- Assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory conditions across assigned shifts
- Administer respiratory therapies and treatments in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
- Operate and manage mechanical ventilators and other respiratory support equipment
- Document patient assessments, treatments, and responses accurately in the medical record
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and adjust patient care plans
Required Qualifications- Active Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential from the NBRC
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to practice as a Respiratory Therapist in Massachusetts
- Current BLS certification
- Ability to work rotating 12-hour day and night shifts, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Experience / Skills- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential preferred
- Prior experience in an acute care or hospital setting
