Contract | Nights | 3 x 12-hour shifts per week with 3 call shifts per 6-week schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services within a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) setting
• Deliver and monitor respiratory care for critically ill neonatal patients across 12-hour night shifts
• Respond to on-call assignments as scheduled within the 6-week rotation
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to support neonatal patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Active and valid state respiratory therapy license or eligibility to practice in Massachusetts
• Experience working in a NICU or neonatal care environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel or contract respiratory therapy experience
• Familiarity with neonatal ventilator management and advanced respiratory support techniques
