Contract | Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | Weekends as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services in an Emergency Department setting
• Perform neuro diagnostics and respiratory assessments as assigned
• Float to affiliated facilities as needed
• Maintain compliance with all facility-required annual competencies, modules, and credentialing requirements
• Complete BCI/FBI fingerprint clearance within 48 hours of contract signing

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• Active Ohio RRT license — must be in hand at time of submission; no pending licenses accepted
• Active NBRC certification — must be in hand at time of submission
• Active BLS certification — must be in hand at time of submission
• Must pass a 10-panel drug screen including nicotine (cotinine) — facility is nicotine-free with no exceptions; negative result required within 12 months of start and updated annually
• Two professional references required from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the same specialty, from assignments worked within the past 12 months (co-worker references will not be accepted)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in an Emergency Department respiratory therapy role
• Familiarity with neuro diagnostics in an acute care environment
• Experience working in a large health system or multi-facility environment
