Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services within NICU, PICU, and CVICU settings, with a focus on pediatric patients
• Deliver high-acuity care at a Level 4 care designation for neonatal and pediatric populations
• Float as needed to affiliated NICU locations within the region
• Maintain compliance with all facility-specific onboarding, fingerprinting, and annual module requirements
• Adhere to all scheduling commitments and communicate time-off requests at time of submission and interview

Required Qualifications

• Active Ohio Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license – must be in hand at time of submission
• NBRC certification – active and in hand at time of submission
• Active BLS certification
• Active Advanced NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
• Active PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Respiratory Therapy
• Experience in PEDS, PICU, and NICU at a high-acuity (Level 4) care level

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience floating across multiple NICU or pediatric specialty units
• Familiarity with CVICU respiratory care in a pediatric setting
