    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide respiratory therapy services across ICU, NICU, ER, and floor therapy settings for patient populations including neonates, infants, adults, and geriatrics
    • Manage mechanical ventilation and critical care respiratory needs, including vent management for diagnoses such as respiratory failure, COPD, ARDS, pneumonia, CHF, and COVID-19
    • Administer inhaled medications including LABAs, LAMAs, SABAs, ICS, and surfactant
    • Perform and support noninvasive ventilation, arterial puncture, inhaled nitric oxide therapy, and heliox administration
    • Operate common respiratory equipment including Drager V500, VN500, Evita XL, Carina, Philips V60, and V30 ventilators
    • Manage a caseload of approximately 8–12 patients per 4-hour interval in accordance with productivity standards
    Required Qualifications
    • Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential or higher accepted
    • Mechanical ventilation and critical care experience required
    • Proficiency with inhaled medication administration and noninvasive ventilation
    • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required if candidate has NICU experience
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • NICU experience preferred but not required
    • Experience with inhaled nitric oxide and heliox therapy
    • Familiarity with post-op cardiac and sleep apnea patient management
