Respiratory Therapist – Respiratory/Neuro Diagnostics

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)
Key Responsibilities- Provide respiratory therapy services across assigned units, including critical care, neonatal, pulmonary, and general/ED settings
- Float to various units as required, including CTICU, NICU, pulmonary, and core general/ED units
- Deliver age-appropriate respiratory care in a pediatric hospital environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient respiratory and neurological diagnostic needs
Required Qualifications- Active Ohio State Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license – must be in hand at time of submission
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
- Willingness and ability to float to multiple units as assigned
- Minimum of two supervisory or managerial references required at time of submittal (at least one must hold a manager or supervisor title)
- Must not have worked permanently at this facility within the past two years
- Must reside outside a 60-mile radius of the facility (no local candidates)
Preferred Experience / Skills- Approximately two years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist
- Prior experience in a pediatric or children's hospital environment
- Experience working across multiple unit types, including NICU and CTICU
