Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services within a Respiratory/Neuro Diagnostics setting
• Float to different units as required based on facility needs and assignment demands
• Deliver patient care during overnight shifts in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Maintain compliance with all facility and travel assignment requirements throughout the contract

Required Qualifications

• Active Ohio state Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license — must be in hand at time of submission
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Minimum of 2 supervisory or manager-level references required at time of submittal (at least one must hold a manager or supervisor title)
• Must not have worked permanently at this facility within the past 2 years
• Must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible — no local candidates
• Must be willing and able to float to different units as required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Approximately 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist preferred
• Prior experience in a Respiratory or Neuro Diagnostics clinical setting
• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability when floating across multiple units
