Contract | Days (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory conditions and disorders
- Administer respiratory therapies including oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, and mechanical ventilation
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient assessments, treatments, and responses accurately in the medical record
- Respond to emergency situations and provide respiratory support as needed
Required Qualifications
- Active Respiratory Therapist license or certification required
- CRT or RRT credential from the NBRC required
- Current BLS certification required
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in an acute care or hospital setting
- Experience with mechanical ventilation and critical care patients
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
