    Job Title

    Travel: Registered Respiratory Therapist (Nights - 3x12's)

    Location

    Lafayette, Indiana

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | 3x12's | 36 Hours per Week | Onsite | Every Other Weekend Required

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide respiratory therapy services across ICU/CCU, Medical/Surgical, Emergency, and Level 3 NICU settings
    • Manage and monitor ventilators, BiPAPs, Heated High Flow units, and other advanced respiratory equipment
    • Assist with intubations and bedside bronchoscopies
    • Maintain accurate and proficient EMR charting using EPIC
    • Manage high patient loads and high-acuity cases with strong time management skills
    • Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment, including willingness to assist during peak demand periods
    Required Qualifications
    • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credentials required
    • Active certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS, and NRP
    • Minimum 2 years of acute care experience including Med/Surg, ER, and ICU
    • Demonstrated Level 3 NICU skills with ability to work proficiently in that setting
    • Experience with ventilators (PB, Drager V500), Aerogons, V60 BiPAP, HHFNC, Hamilton C transport, Oscillator, Jet, NITRIC, and Bubble CPAP
    • Proficiency with EPIC EMR
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience working across multiple care settings simultaneously (ICU, NICU, and Emergency) as a Respiratory Therapist
    • Self-motivated, independent practice style with ability to adapt to varying acuity levels
    • Comfort working with progressive physician teams in a fast-paced environment
