Travel: Registered Respiratory Therapist (Nights - 3x12's)

Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | 3x12's | 36 Hours per Week | Onsite | Every Other Weekend Required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory therapy services across ICU/CCU, Medical/Surgical, Emergency, and Level 3 NICU settings
- Manage and monitor ventilators, BiPAPs, Heated High Flow units, and other advanced respiratory equipment
- Assist with intubations and bedside bronchoscopies
- Maintain accurate and proficient EMR charting using EPIC
- Manage high patient loads and high-acuity cases with strong time management skills
- Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment, including willingness to assist during peak demand periods
Required Qualifications
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credentials required
- Active certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS, and NRP
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience including Med/Surg, ER, and ICU
- Demonstrated Level 3 NICU skills with ability to work proficiently in that setting
- Experience with ventilators (PB, Drager V500), Aerogons, V60 BiPAP, HHFNC, Hamilton C transport, Oscillator, Jet, NITRIC, and Bubble CPAP
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working across multiple care settings simultaneously (ICU, NICU, and Emergency) as a Respiratory Therapist
- Self-motivated, independent practice style with ability to adapt to varying acuity levels
- Comfort working with progressive physician teams in a fast-paced environment
