Key Responsibilities- Perform patient assessments and develop, implement, and revise individualized respiratory care plans
- Conduct diagnostic testing including ABGs, PFTs, EKGs, cardiac monitoring, bronchoscopy, and pulse oximetry
- Transport patients within the facility or between facilities as needed
- Provide on-call coverage outside of standard scheduled hours per department and facility policy
- Work standard shifts as well as flexible hours and overtime as required by departmental needs
Required Qualifications- Completion of an accredited Respiratory Therapy Education Program (CoARC, JRCRTE, or CAAHEP)
- Active RRT or CRT credential
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Current PALS certification
- Current NRP certification
Preferred Experience / Skills- Minimum 1 year of respiratory therapy experience
- Prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
