Respiratory Therapist – Respiratory/Neuro Diagnostics

Key Responsibilities- Provide primary respiratory care in a Level 3 NICU, including critical care of neonates 22 weeks gestational age and above
- Perform neonatal and adult intubation and advanced airway management independently
- Obtain arterial blood samples and assist with high-risk, low-volume bedside procedures
- Apply adult critical care skills including arterial line insertion
- Float within hospital scope of practice and to an additional affiliated facility as needed
Required Qualifications- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required; CRT not accepted
- Georgia RRT license or Compact license required at time of submission
- Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapy experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in neonatal critical care, including independent function in a Level 3 NICU
- Proficiency in adult critical care skills including intubation and arterial line insertion
- Full compliance with onboarding requirements; all compliance documents must be submitted by the Tuesday prior to start date
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior travel therapy experience welcomed; first-time travelers accepted
- Experience floating across multiple units or facilities
