Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct respiratory therapy services to patients in a clinical setting
- Assess, treat, and monitor patients with breathing or cardiopulmonary disorders
- Operate and manage respiratory equipment and ventilators as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient treatment plans
Required Qualifications
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
- Current and valid state licensure or eligibility to practice in Massachusetts
- Influenza vaccine required
- Must have reliable personal transportation
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in an acute care or hospital-based respiratory therapy setting
- Strong communication and patient care skills in a team-oriented environment
