Respiratory Therapist (Registered) – Travel
Location

Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Nights | 12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Every Other Weekend Required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory therapy services to adult patients in floor care and ICU settings
- Assess, treat, and monitor patients with breathing or cardiopulmonary disorders
- Operate and manage ventilators and other respiratory equipment in critical and non-critical care environments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient treatment plans
- Document patient assessments, treatments, and responses accurately and in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential required
- Active Florida Respiratory Therapy license – must be in hand prior to start
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
- Experience in both floor/general care and ICU settings required
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
- ACLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with adult patient populations in high-acuity or critical care environments
- Ability to meet credentialing requirements in advance of assignment start date
