Key Responsibilities- Provide respiratory therapy services across a diverse patient population including adults, geriatrics, pediatrics, neonates, and hospice patients
- Operate and manage Vocsn Ventilators and V60 BiPAP equipment in accordance with facility protocols
- Assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory conditions across multiple units as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver individualized, high-quality patient care
- Float within the required service area as needed to support staffing needs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the facility's electronic health record system
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
- Minimum of 1–2 years of respiratory therapy experience
- Some neonatal and pediatric experience required
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required
- Must successfully complete a 10-panel drug screening including opiates
- Must complete state-required background check including criminal and child abuse portions prior to start
- Mandatory Reporter certification (Child and Adult) required
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience working with micro-premie through hospice patient populations
- Familiarity with Vocsn Ventilators and V60 BiPAP equipment
- Experience in a regional health center or multi-specialty acute care environment
