Schedule / Job TypeContract | Nights (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM) | 13-Week Assignment | Every Other Weekend Required
Key Responsibilities- Provide registered respiratory therapy services to adult patients in an inpatient setting
- Assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory conditions and disorders
- Administer respiratory treatments and manage mechanical ventilation as required
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Float to additional care locations within the facility system as needed
Required Qualifications- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential through the NBRC – current and active
- Active Florida Respiratory Therapist license (RT-FL)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
- Minimum of 1 verifiable professional reference
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in an adult inpatient or acute care respiratory therapy setting
- Comfort with float assignments across multiple care areas or departments
