Provide respiratory therapy services across multiple units, including Level 3 NICU and Level 2 Adult ICU, with flexibility to float between departments as needed
Deliver patient care in accordance with hospital acuity-based staffing ratios
Perform respiratory assessments, treatments, and monitoring for neonatal and adult critical care patients
Adapt to rotating day and night shift assignments as determined by unit scheduling needs
Participate in weekend rotations every other weekend per collective bargaining agreement
Commit to working a defined number of designated holidays as required by the assignment
Required Qualifications
Active Washington State Respiratory Therapist license in hand at time of submission
