Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services across ICU and Med/Surg floors within an acute care setting
• Operate and manage mechanical ventilators including PB980 and Hamilton T1 Transport Ventilator
• Perform arterial blood gas draws and interpret results to guide patient care
• Document patient care and clinical findings using EPIC EMR
• Work straight night shifts, supporting a team of 4 Respiratory Therapists on the night shift

Required Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Active Massachusetts Respiratory Therapist License required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a single acute care setting, or 1–2 years of travel experience
• Demonstrated ventilator management experience in an acute care environment
• Proficiency with arterial blood gas collection

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with EPIC EMR charting system
• Familiarity with PB980 and/or Hamilton T1 Transport Ventilator
• Experience working in a high-acuity ICU environment
