Travel Package:

Travel Rate (based on 40 hours): Hrly $18.75 Stipend (Lodging $1,316.00 + M&I $644.00 = $1,960.00

Total Comp : $2,710.00

Travel Eligibility: Candidates must live at least 50+ miles from the facility to qualify for Travel Pay.

Shift Details:

• 12hrs 06:30 PM to 03:00 AM
• 36 hours, work week

Respiratory Therapist (RT) Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary conditions.
• Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, and respiratory treatments.
• Operate and monitor ventilators and other respiratory support equipment.
• Perform diagnostic testing, including pulmonary function tests and arterial blood gas sampling.
• Respond to respiratory emergencies and participate in rapid response or code teams.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory care, medications, and equipment use.
• Monitor patient response to therapy and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current, valid, and unrestricted WA license/certification (CRT/RRT) in good standing, as required for the position.
• Minimum of two (2) years related experience within the last 3 years as Respiratory Therapist.
• NRP, ACLS, BLS
• Additional certifications may be required
• Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
• Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., . BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements ) .
