Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Weekends and Holiday Required
Key Responsibilities
Manage approximately 25 respiratory treatments per day within an inpatient setting
Set up and manage ventilators (PB 980), BiPAP (Philips V60, Respironics Lumis), and bubble CPAP for patients including neonates 32 weeks and up
Draw arterial blood gases (ABGs) and administer nebulizer treatments
Provide conscious sedation and cardioversion standby support
Assist with intubation procedures
Care for a predominantly adult patient population, with some pediatric patients seen through the ED
Required Qualifications
Active Washington State Respiratory Therapist License
RRT or CRT credential accepted
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
Demonstrated ventilator management skills
NICU experience required; must be competent in bubble CPAP care for neonates 32 weeks and up (strong Level 2 Nursery experience)
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience with PB 980 ventilators, Philips V60, and Respironics Lumis equipment
Comfort working in a high-volume inpatient respiratory department with a team-based night shift structure
