Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services for a patient population ranging from neonates to pediatrics, including NICU and high-risk deliveries
• Perform pulmonary toileting, ABG interpretation, and umbilical cord gas collection
• Manage and operate ventilators including Draeger and Servo I equipment
• Administer surfactant and support patients on BiPAP, CPAP, and Trach Collar
• Perform basic EKG interpretation as part of neuro-diagnostic support
• Float within the facility, including adult care areas, and potentially to a sister campus as needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of respiratory therapy experience (first-time travelers accepted)
• Active certifications: BLS, ACLS, RRT, NRP, and PALS
• Demonstrated experience in NICU and high-risk delivery settings
• Proficiency with Draeger and Servo I ventilators
• Competency in pulmonary toileting, ABG interpretation, BiPAP, CPAP, Trach Collar, and surfactant administration
• Proficiency with Epic EMR system (required)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience floating to adult care units in addition to neonatal and pediatric settings
• Familiarity with neuro-diagnostic workflows and basic EKG interpretation in a clinical setting
