Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Weekends Required (Every Other) | Block Schedule Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services within a short-term acute care setting, including Level II Trauma and Level II Pediatric Trauma environments
• Float between units as needed to support patient care demands across the facility
• Manage a patient ratio of approximately 1:11 while delivering high-quality respiratory care
• Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health records system
• Participate in holiday coverage, committing to 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)

Required Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Valid Washington State license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of respiratory therapy experience required
• Ability to commit to a block schedule with every-other-weekend availability
• Must submit all time-off requests upfront at the time of submittal

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a large acute care or teaching hospital environment
• Familiarity with Epic charting system
• Prior travel contract experience in a respiratory therapy role
