Respiratory Therapist – Respiratory/Neuro Diagnostics

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Every Other Weekend Required | Onsite
Key Responsibilities- Provide respiratory therapy services across multiple units within a short-term acute care, Level II Trauma and Level II Pediatric Trauma facility
- Deliver floor care, emergency room support, and participate in Code and Rapid Response team activations
- Float between units as needed based on patient acuity and staffing requirements
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Epic electronic health records
- Adapt to varying patient ratios based on acuity levels across assigned areas
Required Qualifications- Valid Washington State Respiratory Therapist license required at time of submission
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
- Experience with floor care, ER, Code response, and Rapid Response
- Ability to work block schedules including every other weekend
- Proficiency with Epic charting system
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience working in a large acute care or trauma center setting
- Familiarity with neuro diagnostics or specialized respiratory care units
- Comfort floating between multiple units and sister facilities as needed
