Contract | Night Shift | 12-Hour Shifts (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) | Onsite

• Perform arterial blood gas (ABG) draws and analysis across inpatient and emergency department settings
• Administer breathing treatments, manage BiPAP, CPAP, and mechanical ventilation including Drager, Hamilton transport, and Philips V60/V30 ventilators
• Provide respiratory care across a range of units including ICU, step-down, med-surg, a small pediatrics unit, and a Level III NICU
• Assist with intubation and LMA placement; may assist with bedside bronchoscopy
• Utilize specialized equipment including Vapotherm and Cervo NICU ventilators
• Float across ICU, general floors, NICU, and the emergency department as needed

• Active CRT or RRT credential required
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• STABLE and NRP certifications required for any candidate covering NICU or neonatal patients
• Minimum of 1 year of respiratory therapy experience; first-time travelers will be considered
• NICU experience is required
• Experience with adult, pediatric, and neonatal patient populations required

• Experience with a broad range of respiratory equipment including Drager vents, Cervo NICU, Hamilton transport vents, Vapotherm, and Philips V60/V30
• Comfort working in a charge or team lead capacity depending on experience level
• Experience with block scheduling and self-scheduling environments

• Work within a well-supported team environment — a charge therapist or team lead is always present on shift and travelers are never the sole RT in-house
• Flexible self-scheduling with block scheduling options available and a manageable patient workload of no more than 30 treatments per shift
