Schedule / Job TypeContract | Nights | 3x12-hour shifts (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM) | 36 hours per week | Onsite
Key Responsibilities- Administer medically prescribed medications safely and effectively, adhering to all indications and contraindications.
- Apply and monitor therapeutic modalities including Nebulizer, CPT, Flutter Valve, CPAP/BiPAP, and High Flow oxygen therapy.
- Set up, safety check, monitor, and troubleshoot mechanical ventilators.
- Perform all aspects of artificial airway care, including deep blind tracheal suctioning.
- Utilize measuring devices such as pulse oximeters, Wrights respirometers, manometers, cuff/pressure gauges, and oxygen blenders.
- Maintain accurate and legible clinical documentation in patient charts.
Required Qualifications- Active Washington State Respiratory Therapist license.
- Registered, registry eligible, or certified by the NBRC.
- Graduate of an approved school of respiratory care.
- Experience with EPIC electronic health records system.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications.
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience with CPAP setup and administration.
- Familiarity with oxygen cylinder management and aerosol administration protocols.
