The ideal candidate will assist guests with purchases, maintain the retail area, restock merchandise, and provide excellent customer service while supporting daily retail operations.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet guests and provide friendly, professional customer service.Assist guests with merchandise, product questions, and purchases.Operate the point-of-sale system and accurately process transactions.Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods according to property procedures.Restock and organize merchandise throughout the retail area.Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented sales floor.Monitor inventory and notify supervisors when products need to be replenished.Assist with receiving, unpacking, pricing, and displaying merchandise.Follow property standards for guest service, safety, and loss prevention.Assist with additional retail or guest service responsibilities based on the property's staffing needs.QualificationsPrevious retail, hotel, resort, customer service, or related experience preferred.Strong customer service and communication skills.Comfortable handling cash and operating a POS system.Friendly, professional, and approachable personality.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented.Willingness to assist with other duties as needed.Assignment Details$16.00/hourWeekly payTask Force / travel opportunityTravel expenses to and from the client facility are coveredOpportunity for additional Task Force assignmentsReady for your next Task Force assignment?
