This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work three days a week in our Miami office, collaborating with a small, international team.

Position Overview

We are looking for a junior candidate to focus on Virtual Training and Visual Refresh initiatives across the region. This hands-on position requires a keen eye for detail, strong follow-through, and the ability to drive initiatives forward. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging virtual training sessions to store staff, focusing on brand knowledge and new product launches.
• Adapt training content to meet specific market and customer needs, including translations into Spanish.
• Coordinate and manage training schedules and maintain accurate training records.
• Own and manage the visual refresh process, ensuring stores have the latest visuals in line with brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to implement visual updates smoothly and on time.
• Maintain up-to-date store files, databases, and visual assets for the region.
• Ensure consistency and compliance with brand guidelines.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and present product and brand information.
• Basic understanding of marketing, branding, and visual merchandising principles.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach.

Preferences

• Fluency in Portuguese.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Experience working independently and collaboratively with an international team.
