Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced RN Care Manager for an exciting travel opportunity in Mission Viejo, CA. The ideal candidate must have recent acute medical Care Manager experience with a strong background in Care Coordination.

Requirements
- 2+ years of acute medical Care Manager experience

- Care Manager/Care Coordination experience must be within the last 3 months
- Previous travel experience required
- First-time travelers are not accepted – HARDSTOP
- Active California RN license required
Pending CA license may be accepted, but the license must be active by the start date
