Description
United Staffing Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management for a travel nursing job in Bronx, New York.
Job Description & Requirements

Case Management RN
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Hours: 37.5/week
Setting: Acute inpatient Med/Surg or Tele units
EMR: Allscripts
Required: BSN, BLS, PRI, SCREEN, and 1+ year inpatient case management experience
Caseload: Typically 17–25 patients
Focus: Discharge planning, referrals, interdisciplinary rounding, and coordination with patients/families
Preferred: CarePort, MCG, InterQual, UR, or critical care experience
United Staffing Solutions Job ID #1133926. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 37 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
