Care Career is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management for a travel nursing job in Bozeman, Montana.
TRAVEL RN CASE MANAGER OPPORTUNITY – MONTANA
⚕️ Position: RN Non-Certified Case Manager
Facility: Bozeman Deaconess Hospital, Montana
Shift: Days | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
⏰ Guaranteed: 40 Hours/Week
Contract: 13 Weeks
✨ Case management-focused RN role
✨ Work closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
✨ Develop and monitor individualized plans of care
✨ Active involvement in discharge planning
✨ Identify and resolve barriers to effective patient care
✨ Opportunity to use strong utilization review & case management skills
✅ Active Montana RN License
✅ AHA BLS
✅ Minimum 2 years nursing experience
✅ Utilization Review experience – REQUIRED
✅ Case Management experience
⭐ 2 years acute-care hospital Case Manager experience preferred
⭐ BSN preferred
• Comprehensive patient/member assessments
• Develop and implement case management plans
• Monitor care plans and patient outcomes
• Coordinate with physicians, caregivers & healthcare teams
• Identify barriers to care and facilitate solutions
• Support discharge planning and continuity of care
• Maintain an ongoing case load
• Document interventions and goal achievement
Candidate must live at least 90 miles from the facility.
Do not submit candidates who do not meet the 90-mile requirement.
• Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week contract due to low census or unforeseen circumstances.
• Schedule may occasionally extend beyond 40 hours.
• Weekend/after-hours and on-call work may be required.
Ideal for an experienced RN Case Manager with strong Utilization Review experience looking for a Monday–Friday-style day assignment in Montana!
