Number of Beds – Units are mainly 20 beds each.
Number of Staff – Team of CM/SW to manage load
Type of staff:
Day Shift – Friday-Monday 7:530
Day Shift – Monday –Friday 8-4:30
Night Shift -
Patient Ratios – SW: 1:40 RN: 1:20
Type of equipment – mobile, computer
EMR – Meditech/Midas/Navihealth
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
Minimum 1-year current acute care Case Management RN experience
BLS
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
ED experience
Palliative Care Knowledge and GOC Conversation

Suicide Risk Assessments
SBIRT/Substance Assessment
Discharge Planning Assessments
Discharge Planning
Behavioral Health experience with suicide risk and substance use assessments
