⚕️ About the Role
We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Long Term Care (LTC) team in Miles City, MT. In this role, you’ll provide holistic, patient-centered care while advocating for residents and helping them maintain their highest level of independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Monitor, evaluate, and document resident conditions and outcomes
- Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Educate residents and families on care plans and discharge needs
- Supervise and support CNA staff
- Ensure compliance with CMS, Medicare, and documentation standards
- Respond to urgent/emergent care situations as needed
✅ Requirements
- Active RN License (Montana required)
- BLS (AHA) certification
- ASN (or higher) from an accredited nursing program
- Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to handle physical demands (lifting, standing, etc.)
