Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse Float Pool, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care using the nursing process and clinical judgment. You’ll collaborate across disciplines, supervise support staff, and ensure optimal patient outcomes in a fast-paced critical care environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans

• Implement and evaluate individualized treatment strategies

• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams

• Educate patients, families, and staff

• Support discharge planning and continuity of care

• Delegate tasks and supervise nursing team members

Requirements

Education & Experience

• BSN preferred

• Acute care experience preferred

Licensure & Certifications

• Active CA RN license – Required

• BLS/CPR certification – Required

• ACLS certification – Required

• Hospital Fire & Life Safety (HLFS) – Required
