• Education Requirements: Valid RN license is required.
• Certifications Requirements: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Infection Prevention certification is preferred, Leadership or Supervisor certification is advantageous.
• Experience Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of recent infection prevention experience, supervisory or managerial experience in infection prevention is strongly preferred.
• Other Requirements: Must be professional, a team player, and willing to follow facility protocols without question; ability to assist on the floor when needed; independence in completing assigned tasks; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working in hospital settings with LTC and acute care experience strongly preferred.
