Schedule: 40 guaranteed hours per week; shift details to be discussed at interview. 91-day assignment through February 8, 2027.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
• Active Alaska nursing license required at time of submission
• Minimum 8 years clinical care or nursing experience
• Minimum 3 years recent inpatient care coordination and discharge planning experience required
• Case Management certification by recognized certifying organization (NCQA, CCMC) preferred
• Flu vaccine required
• Fingerprint clearance required; start date begins no less than 6 weeks after fingerprint cards are received for processing
• Proficiency in medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and disease concepts
• Strong written and oral communication skills
