Patient Ratios : 1:1, 2:1. 3:1, 4:1, 5:1, 6:1
Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : charge nurse/CNC each shift with unit secretary when able
Type of equipment :
Documentation system: connect, expanse
Scheduling requirements: 3 weekend shifts a schedule
Floating policy: OBED, mother baby, and labor and delivery
Patient Experience requirements: must be able to circulate c-sections, labor and delivery experience, experience with magnesium drips, gyn experience
Hospital Specifics-
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, AWHONN
Hiring profile
Requested Skill Set: High risk antepartum experience, labor and delivery experience, c-section experience, magnesium drip
Must have:
Advanced skills needed: ACLS, NRP, AWHONN
Procedures performed on unit: c-section, bereavement care, vaginal deliveries
Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, NRP, and AWHONN
