• Education Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with an active RN license.
• Certifications Requirements: ACLS and BLS.
• Experience Requirements: At least 1 year of RN experience with critical care experience.
• Other Requirements: Ability to work rotating Days and Nights shifts (including 7–7 shifts) and provide consistent high-quality patient care in an LTAC setting.

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to LTAC patients, prioritizing safety, clinical stability, and evidence-based interventions.

- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapy, rehabilitation teams, and multidisciplinary staff to coordinate care plans and support patient outcomes.

- Execute critical care-informed nursing practices, including close monitoring of vital signs, telemetry/clinical indicators, and timely escalation of patient changes.

- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of assessments, interventions, medication administration, and patient progress according to facility standards.

- Document and communicate shift handoff details clearly to ensure continuity of care during rotating 7–7 day and night schedules (36 hours per week, not guaranteed).
