**Exciting Opportunity for Long Term Care Registered Nurse in Alaska!** **Job Description:** - **Location:** Beautiful Alaska - **Position:** Registered Nurse (LTC) - **Start Date:** ASAP - **Assignment Duration:** Traveler's choice of 26 or 13 weeks **Shift Details:** - **Options:** 4x12 Variable or 3x12 Variable (traveler's choice) - **Rotations:** Day or Night shifts based on facility needs (no rotation between shifts) - **Ratios:** 1:20 **Requirements:** - **License:** Must have an AK license in hand - **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of LTC experience - **Certifications:** BLS required - **Food Certification:** Alaska Food Worker Certification obtained on-site during orientation (fee: $10) **Logistics and Schedule:** - **Guaranteed Hours:** 60 hours per 2 weeks with potential call-offs for 1 shift within that period - **RTO Policy:** Up to 2 weeks of RTO considered for a 26-week contract, including a preference to work major winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s) - **Local Candidates:** Not accepted – permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility **Facility Information:** - **Type:** Long Term Care Facility - **Total Staffed Beds:** 40 - **Charting System:** ECS - **Parking:** Free parking available **Transportation:** - **Vehicle:** Facility will provide a vehicle for on-assignment use. - **Availability:** Vehicle provided 72 hours before start, returned after contract ends. - **Driver Requirements:** Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance required. **Join Us: Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
