Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Clinical Coordinators, Unit Secretary, PCTs, Case Management
Type of equipment : walkers, iv pumps, scd s, etc
Documentation system: Meditech
Scheduling requirements: 4 weekend shifts per 28 day schedule, fall into holiday rotation.
Floating policy: Fall into rotation with other staff
Patient Experience requirements: 72% - utilizing communication boards

Advanced skills needed: Medical- Surgical experience (i.e. including- experience with various respiratory diseases/illnesses, renal disease, gi illnesses/diseases, tele, CVC s, indwelling catheters, heparin gtts, etc)

Certifications Required: BLS
