Skill Set Most recruited for: Med/surg experience, Mom/baby experience with NRP preferred.

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• 1 year of current Hospital acute care Med/Surg experience
• BLS

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• Surgical and medical experience
• Excellent customer service skills

• Cholecystectomy, Appendectomy, medical management

Best personality Fit:

• Outgoing with can do attitude and outstanding customer service skills
• Independent and confident in own skills and judgment. Often will work with one other RN or alone, resources available on the floor but not on the unit.
