Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of Med/Surg nursing experience required
• 1+ year of travel nursing experience preferred
• 1+ year of Level I/AMC experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, inpatient care, and patient safety standards
• Ability to accurately assess, screen, and triage acute care patients
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately

Responsibilities

• Interpret the plan of medical care and deliver safe, competent nursing care
• Assess patient conditions and support nursing clinical decision-making
• Administer medications and monitor for reactions, side effects, and patient response
• Record vital signs, observations, assessments, and accurate patient information
• Monitor, report, and respond promptly to changes in patient status
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Modify care plans based on patient responses and clinical needs
• Maintain detailed reports and documentation throughout the shift
